Among 14 respondents herein, service upon respondent nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 9, 11,13,14 is complete but none has entered appearance.

For the remaining respondents, ld. Counsel for the appellant still to take steps to effect service. Be taken within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

C.A.NO.1456/2012

Spare copies of the appeal have not been provided for issuance of notice qua respondent no.67. Be provided within one weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Certificate of service with respect to respondent nos. 54 and 55 is still awaited from the respective High Court despite reminder. Let fresh reminder be issued.

For respondent nos. 9,17,18,51,60,41 and 42, ld. Counsel for the appellant has still to furnish the better particulars and for deceased respondent no.57, steps to substitute his legal representatives are yet to be taken. Appellant has yet to provide the fresh address of respondent nos. 8,37 and 38 and has to take steps to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.11. Notices accordingly be issued.

Appellant has to take steps in accordance to the Government O.M. of August, 2011 to effect service on respondent nos. 108, and 115 to 117 and furnish the correct address of respondent nos. 13,14,16,25 to 27, 72,90,117,138,142,147,154,161,163,47,68,44 and 102.

Steps in respect of legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 15,73,88,89,98,134,137,139,141,145,152,153 are also to be taken by the appellant. Appropriate steps be taken within three weeks time.

Reminder be issued to the concerned High Court qua the certificate of service qua respondent nos. 74 and 75.

Certificate of service in respect of respondent nO.33 is still awaited.

Appellant has still to furnish the better particulars of respondent nos. 5 to 8, 13,20,24,28,29. Be furnished within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Application for deleting name of respondent no.7 from the array of parties as was assured has not been filed. Appellant to take appropriate steps.

Opportunity for respondent nos. 1 to 4 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.
