In SLP(C) Nos. 36137-36158/2009, service of notice in

 respect of the Respondents is awaited. Respondent No.7 has
 appeared and Mr Chirag M. Shroff, Advocate, has 
filed
 vakalatnama, which is defective for the reason that the
 stamp and seal of the company has not been affixe

 Counsel is directed to cure the defects. Count

 affidavit, if any, shall be filed by Respondent

 within four weeks. Respondent No.10 has appeared and filed
 counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 24 and 25 in SLP(C)
 No. 36154/2009 have already appeared and filed counter
 affidavits.

 have appeared, but no counter affidavit has been filed so
 far. They may file their counter affidavits, if
