UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In all the incomplete matters, the learned counsel for the appellant shall take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents within a period of three weeks, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

Ms. Anushree Kapadia, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1 in C.A. Nos. 3134, 3133, 3113, 3114 and 3136/2012. She seeks and is given six weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

As far as the C.A. No. 3133/2012 is concerned the same is ready and shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules, if and when the connected matters gets ready for listing.
