It is submitted that an application for exemption from surrendering (Criminal Misc. Petition No. 6174 of 2014) in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 24th March, 2014 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"The application for exemption from surrendering is rejected. However, the petitioner is granted six weeks' time to surrender and file proof thereof.

List the matter before the appropriate Bench."

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 21st April, 2014 filed proof of surrender. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
