UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Service is complete on the Lrs. Of deceased respondent N.Murlidharan, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

The Appellant No.1(i) in C.A.No.10211026/2013 is reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent.

Mr.V.Balachandran, Ld.counsel for respondent In C.A.Nos.10211023/2013 has filed an application for revocation of appeal and contempt petition against wilful disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order dated 31.03.2008, but a copy of General Power of Attorney in support of alleged Contemnor No.2 has not been filed so far.

The objection raised by the Registry is premature since the contempt petition is dependent upon the out come of application, if any, to be filed for substitution of lrs. Of appellant No.1(i). If the same is filed, the objections raised by the Registry becomes irrelevant. Hence, appellant to file an application of substitution to bring on record the lrs. whereafter the contempt petition be processed accordingly.

List the matter again on 16.05.2018.
