UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Heard Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nagamuthu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in the application filed under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) on Digitally signed by NITIN TALREJA Date: 2023.02.25 12:47:44 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

the basis of which the present petitioners have been arrayed as accused in the case.

We have noticed the reasoning of the High Court in upholding the order of the learned trial court in arraying three additional accused and see no reason to interfere with the said decision. In our opinion, the exercise of power under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in the present matter cannot be faulted. Consequently, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
