It is further submitted that in pursuant to the Courts' order dated10.12.2013, Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has on 13.11.2015 filed compliance affidavit on behalf of State of Tamil Nadu with leave of the Hon'ble Court in SLP (c) No. 25237/2010, and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
