The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondents herein, if they so desire, to file their counter affidavits, if any, in six weeks' time. Rejoinder, if any, be filed in three weeks' time thereafter. "

It is submitted that Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R, Advocate has on 25.08.2009 filed affidavit on behalf of State of Kerala with leave of the Hon'ble Court in SLP (c) No. 25237/2010 in which some of the pages are having dim immpression. However the same has already included in the paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police has on 30.10.2014 filed application for modification of Court's Order dated 10.12.2013 which is registered as I.A 20 and tag with SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Gopal Prasad, Advocate has on 03.12.2014 filed affidavit on behalf of State of Jharkhand without serving its copy on otherside in SLP 25237/2010 the same is barred by time as per Court's Order. As matter is on board the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is again submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed Rejoinder affidavit.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
