UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. None for the respondents. What gets revealed from the perusal of the Office Report is that the notices issued to the respondent Nos. 7,8,10 and 11 have been returned unserved with the postal remarks "Insufficient address and addressee left without intimation". The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the fresh particulars of the said respondents and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within a period of two weeks', failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date. ..2/-

Item No. 22 - 2 -

As far as I.A for the deletion of the respondent No. 11 from the array of the parties is concerned the same shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall be directed to comply with the terms of the office report in as much as the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 is concerned. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents. List again on 8.8.2014.
