Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted.

Applications for impleadment are allowed.

Heard learned senior counsel for the parties.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, especially when the revision petition is pending before the High Court in pursuant to the interim orders passed in the suit.

Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of with the observation that the reasoning assigned in the impugned order will not stand in the way of the High Court in deciding the revision on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The statement made by Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned senior appearing for the respondent(s) that the Sadhus and Sadhvis will be housed in the Aasharam and they will be provided with adequate alternative place of residence therein stands recorded. We further make it clear that the aforesaid statement is obviously pending final orders to be passed in the revision petition.
