It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Anjani Kumar Mishra, Advocate on 16.08.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 04.12.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA No. 570 of 2012 and CWP No. 16953 of 2013 along with an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 103 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 64 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 167 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 28019-28021 of 2014 @ CC 16099-16101 of 2014 Entitled Gulshan Kumar & Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. Etc. arising out of common order was directed on 10.10.2014 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 10.10.2014 is enclosed
herewith).
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 10.12.2014 filed documents as per undertaking dated 23.09.2014. Copies of the same are being circulated before Hon'ble Court.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
