Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have not been served. However, the ld. Counsel, Mr Gautam Sharma appearing on behalf of Dr Monika Gusain, Advocateonrecord has appeared for respondent no.1. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

For respondent no.2, ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Respondent nos. 1 to 4 of SLP(C) No.28019, 28020 of 2014, respondent nos. 1 to 9 of SLP(C) No.28021/2014 have already filed counter affidavit. Respondent nos. 10 and 11 of SLP(C) No.28021/2014 are not served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Respondent nos. 1 to 4 have already filed counter affidavit.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps. Hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to unserved respondent nos. 1011 in SLP (C) No. 28021 so far. Respondent nos. 1 to 4 of SLP(C) No.28019 of 2014, respondent nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) No.28020 of 2014 and respondent nos. 1 to 9 in SLP (C) No.28021 of 2014 are represented through counsel and the counsel has on 09.05.2015 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1011 in SLP(C) No. 28021 of 2014.

SLP (C) No. 3652930 of 2014

It is submitted that there are total 163 respondents in SLP (C) No. 36529 of 2014 and 9 respondents in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014. The names of respondent Nos. 3 to 163 in SLP(C) No. 36529 of 2014 have been deleted vide order dated 29.07.2015 of Hon'ble Court(In Chamber).

It is further submitted that in terms of order dated 28.09.2015 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers, show cause notice to the remaining respondents has been issued by Registered A.D. Post on 19.10.2015. Mr Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate, has on 18.11.2015 filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no.6 in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 14653 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 22.11.2015 filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 17928 of 2015

It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 5 to 10 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent nos. 5 to 10.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
