It is submitted that fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved respondent nos. 1011 in SLP (C) No. 28021 by Registered A.D. Post on 8.02.2016 Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back so far. Respondent nos. 1 to 4 of SLP(C) No.28019 of 2014, respondent nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) No.28020 of 2014 and respondent nos. 1 to 9 in SLP (C) No.28021 of 2014 are represented through counsel and the counsel has on 09.05.2015 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1011 in SLP(C) No. 28021 of 2014.

SLP (C) No. 3652930 of 2014

It is submitted that there are total 163 respondents in SLP (C) No. 36529 of 2014 and 9 respondents in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014. The names of respondent Nos. 3 to 163 in SLP(C) No. 36529 of 2014 have been deleted vide order dated 29.07.2015 of Hon'ble Court(In Chamber).

It is further submitted that in terms of Ld. Registrar's Court order dated 04.01.2016 fresh show cause notice to the unserved respondent nos. 12 in SLP (C) No. 36529 of 2014 and respondent nos. 15 and 79 in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014 has been issued by Registered A.D. Post on 08.02.2016. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far. Counsel for respondent no. 6 in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014 has on 5.01.2016 filed Counter Affidavit. Mr. Karunakar Mahalik Advocate has on 24.02.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 5 in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed.

Service is not complete on respondent nos.12 in SLP (C) No. 36529 of 2014 and 14 and 79 in SLP (C) No. 36530 of 2014.

SLP(C) No. 17928 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for the service of show cause notice to upon respondent nos. 510.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent nos. 5 to 10.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
