Await service in respect of rest of the respondents.

Application for impleadment has already been filed. Registry to take appropriate steps for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Copy of the application be served upon the ld. Counsel for the petitioner.

After placing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber, registry to list before the Registrar's Court."

It is submitted that Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, Advocate has on 18.04.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 28017 of 2014, respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 28018 of 2014 and respondent Nos. 1 to 9 in SLP(C) No. 28019 of 2014. He has also on 09.05.2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 1011 in SLP(C) No. 28021 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1011 in SLP(C) No. 28021 of 2014.

SLP(C) No. 14653 of 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice.

Tag with S.L.P.(C) Nos. 2801928021 of 2014 arising out of CC Nos. 1609916101 of 2014."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 21.05.2015 filed an application for deletion of respondent Nos. 9127 and the same is noted in Chamber Pool and he has not filed spare copies so far. Hence show cause notice is pending.

SLP(C) No. 17928 of 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 2801928021 of 2014 [@ SLP (C) CC Nos. 1609916101 of 2014]."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has

not filed spare copies for the issue of show cause notice so far. Hence show cause notice is pending.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
