It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner had filed I.A. for restoration and the same were listed before Hon'ble Court on 09.03.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"For the reasons stated, I.A. Nos. 78/2015 are allowed. The order dated 18.12.2014, dismissing the SLP (C) Nos. 3652936530/2014 for nonprosecution is recalled and the same are restored to their original numbers.

List these special leave petitions in due course."
