Mr.Sanjay Sharawat, Ld.advocate has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama and statement of case on behalf of the respondent No.3. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has filed the statement of case but the vakalatnama has not been filed by him. Therefore, the statement of case will not be taken on record till such time that the Ld.counsel files the vakalatnama on their behalf. Two weeks time as last chance is given on that count.
