1. This Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitionerwife seeking transfer of the guardianship petition bearing GW No.155/2023 titled as "Radhika vs. Sahil Manchanda" pending before the Family Court, Gurugram, Haryana to the Family Court at Tis Hazari, District Central, Delhi.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

3. The matter relates to custody of child and presently the child is in Gurugram with his father.

4. Considering the interest of the child and in our view by transferring the aforesaid case, the child too will have to travel frequently to Delhi, hence, we do not think it is a case of transfer.

5. However, the petitioner-wife is always be at liberty to move an application for settling the dispute between the parties through the process of mediation before the Court concerned. 6. The present Transfer Petition stands dismissed with the above observations.
