The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5/09/2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Four weeks time is granted to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of State Trading Corporation India Ltd. To file counter affidavit. Same time may also be granted to other respondents to file counter affidavit. Two weeks time thereafter may be granted to the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.

List after six weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. Danish Zubair Khan, Advocate has on 5/09/2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP(C) No. 19423 of 2016 & Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 but he has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate has on 5/09/2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 i.e. State Trading Corporation India Ltd. in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 but he has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Krishan Kumar, Advocate has on 17/10/2016 Counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 and Respondent No. 6 is common Respondent as sole Respondent in SLP(C) No. 19424 of 2016.

It is submitted that as per postal tracking report "Item Delivered" in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far (Copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that as per postal tracking report "Item Refused" in respect of Respondent No. 9 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 (Copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this OfficeReport.
