Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 5/09/2016 was issued on 8/08/2016 Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SC 19423 of 2016 & sole respondent in SC 19424 of 2016 & 1 to 9 in SC 19425 of 2016 by registered AD post. Delivery report has been received with the remarks "Delivered" on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is still awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 common in SLP Nos. 19423 & 19425 of 2016, Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 common in SLP Nos. 19423 & 19425 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 5 & 9 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016.

It is further submitted that Mr. Krishan Kumar, Advocate has on 30.8.2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 in SLP (C) No. 19425 of 2016 and respondent No. 6 is common respondent as sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 19424 of 2016.
