The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24/10/2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"In view of the letter circulated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentState Trading Corporation, four weeks time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Post after four weeks."

It is submitted that in view of above order Mr. Danish Zubair Khan, Advocate has on 24/11/2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of State Trading Corporation i.e. Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP(C) No. 19423 of 2016 & Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.5 in SLP(C) No. 19425 of 2016.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit as per Court's Order dated. 5/09/2016, so far.
