UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No. 5566/2012

Respondent No.4 seeks time to file counter affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner to supply copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, who undertakes to file vakalatnama thereafter. SLP(C) No. 38288/2012

The learned counsel for respondent No.3 seeks four weeks' time to file counter affidavit from the date he receives copy of the pleadings.
