It is submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 4858-4859 of 2017 arising out of similar question of law has not listed before the Hon'ble Court as the Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service after serving the copy of SLP to the Caveator as per provisions of third schedule to Supreme Court rules, 2013.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
