The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the final judgement and order dated 4th November, 2016 passed by the High Court for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Central Excise Appeal Nos. 71 and 74 of 2015**.** There is delay of 13 days in filing SLP.

It is submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 4858-4859 of 2017 arising out of similar question of law has not listed before the Hon'ble Court as the Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service after serving the copy of SLP to the Caveator as per provisions of third schedule to Supreme Court rules, 2013.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
