As the judgment in the case of Infosys Ltd. Vs. C.S.T. Bangalore [2014 – TIOL – 409 (CESTAT Bang)] relied upon by the petitioner is not a part of the record, the petitioner is allowed to bring the same on record. However, cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) is imposed to be deposited in the account of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.
