Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 111 on 14.6.2016 registered A.D. Post. Mr. Siddharth Mittal, Advocate has on 18.7.2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance behalf of respondent nos. 4, 5, 79 and 11. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent no. 13, 6 and 10.

It is further submitted that Mr. Siddharth Mittal, Advocate has on 18.07.2016 filed application for substitution to bringing on record Lrs of deceased respondent 1 and 2, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application which is barred by time by 2873 and 3359 days respectively, application for exemption for filing official translation of AnnexureA alongwith Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance of proposed Lrs. 1(i) to 1(iv), 2(i) to 2(ii) with power of attorney of Lrs. No. 2(iii) to 2(x). The said applications are registered as I.A nos. 25. The same are circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent no. 13, 6 and 10.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
