Learned counsel for the parties submit that their respective clients are inclined to explore the possibility of settlement by mediation process.

To facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement, we direct the parties and their authorized representatives, to appear before the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 16.01.2023 through virtual mode.

The Coordinator may appoint an experienced Mediator to facilitate a settlement between the parties.
