UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the parties have produced before us documents to show that FRRO has issued exit permits for the children which are valid till 03.03.2022. It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that flight tickets have been booked for 01.03.2022 from Coimbatore to Delhi and on 02.03.2022 from Delhi to Washington. In view of the reason explained, we condone the non-compliance of the conditions imposed by vide order dated 21.01.2022 read with order dated 17.12.2021, requiring the petitioner to travel to USA on or before 31.12.2021 and 15.02.2022, respectively. However, the petitioner must ensure that they travel on the tickets now booked and also within the time period stipulated in the exit permit i.e. 03.03.2022.
Recording the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of.
