Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the needful would be done within one day.
Mr. K.V. Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent - Girish Arunagiri will pay Rs. 75,000/- (in U.S. dollars) on the children reaching USA. The said payment would be paid to the petitioner - Mahalakshmi Senthil Nathan within three days of her reaching USA.
The petitioner - Mahalakshmi Senthil Nathan will ensure that she and the children leave India for USA on or before 28.02.2022.
