2. Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent(s) has no objection if the interim order dated 24.02.2023, passed by this Court, is continued till the pendency of the Original Application before the NGT. Ordered accordingly.

3. Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG also submits that in the meanwhile, subsequent developments have also taken place. Let the same be also considered by the NGT.
