Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 5 and 8 to 11, there is no appearance.

Counsel for respondent no.6 submits that copy of the petition is not made available to them as yet. Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that same will be supplied today. Thereafter, four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.6 to file counter affidavit.

Delay in taking steps is condoned in respect of respondent no.7. Let NLPA be issued.

In addition, Ld. Counsel for appellant seeks and is granted two weeks time, to fie application for paper publication in respect of respondent no.7.
