It is noticed that the said Special Leave Petitions are against the orders passed in writ petitions by the High Court, whereas in the present matter, the petitioner seeks to maintain this Special Leave Petition directly in this Court against the order passed by the District Consumer Forum, Bangalore.
Be that as it may, in view of the submissions made and pendency of issue in this Court in the petitions above referred; and when the petitioner is shown to be in custody at present and when the, let notice be issued in this matter, returnable in two weeks.
