In view of the letter circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner, matter is adjourned for a week.
However, on perusal of the last order dated 25.05.2021 passed by this Court, it is found that there is a typographical mistake in the third last paragraph beginning with 'Be that as it may'. The words "and when the", appearing in between the words 'custody at present' and 'let notice be issued', have been inserted by mistake Signature Not Verified
