UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In a matter of the present nature, we find that the delay of 251 days is also inordinate since, the entire process itself has been commented upon by the KAT as well as by the High Court as being in action taken belatedly. Hence, we see no reason to condone the delay.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on the ground of delay. Digitally signed by Nisha Khulbey Date: 2023.03.21 17:02:56 IST Signature Not Verified
