It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Review Petition No. 386 of 2015 in W.P.(C) No. 4806 of 2008 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 32 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 11805/2009 referred to on page 4, para 1 of impugned order arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same as withdrawn. Copy of order dated 29.04.2015 is marked as Annexure P-11 at page Nos. 210-213 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 8136/2016 @ CC No. 4758/2016 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, C.A. No. 3110/2016 has been registered. Copy of order dated 18.03.2016 is enclosed herewith.

SLP(C) No. 5913/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Review Petition No. 326 of 2015 in W.P.(C) No. 14151 of 2009.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 26386/2010 between same parties challenging the main order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same as withdrawn. Copy of order dated 29.04.2015 is marked as Annexure P-9 at page Nos. 290-294 of SLP paper books. (Main Case: SLP(C) No. 11805/2009)

It is further submitted that C.A. No. 7298/2013 @ SLP(C) No. 3446/2012 referred to as Annexure P-11 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.09.2013, when the Court was pleased to allow the same in terms of signed reportable judgment. Copy of order dated 06.09.2013 is marked as Annexure P-11 at page Nos. 370-387 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC No. 3867/2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
