The Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that respondent Nos.15 and 19 are alive. Fresh steps to be taken for service of the said respondents within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.17 and 18 has not filed vakalatnama though notice was accepted before the Hon'ble Court.
