The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 14.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"As prayed for, two weeks' further time is granted to learned counsel for the appellants to file an application for substitution to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased sole respondent."
Pursuant to the Court's order quoted above, M/s. Equity Lex Associates, Counsel for the Appellants has on 22.09.2016 filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased sole respondent and application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application. The application is barred by 191 days. The applications are registered as I.A. Nos. 5 & 6 of 2016 respectively. It is pertinent to state here that the name of the deceased is "Bhardhri" as shown in the cause title of the matter whereas the name is shown as "Bharthri" everywhere in the substitution application as well as in death certificate.
The appeal alongwith the applications is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
