UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It is unfortunate that order dated 12.7.2010 to supply additional copies of the pleadings to the other side within a week, has not been complied with by the petitioner and therefore, practically matter is required to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

As last chance, petitioner has to comply with the order dated 12.7.2010 on or before 4.12.2010 and to file proper acknowledgment on record regarding supplying of additional copies to the other side. Item No.16 -2-

If it is not done, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

If it is done, respondent may file counter affidavit on or before 6.1.2011.
