None appears for the remaining respondents despite due service.

It is submitted that Mr Amit Sharma, Advocate appeared for respondent no. 10 has not filed V/A and counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Saumya Sinha, Advocate appeared on behalf of Mr B.V.Balaram Das, Advocateonrecord appeared for respondent no. 1 has not filed V/A and counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondent so far.
