The matter above mentioned was listed before Court of Ld. Registrar on 02.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 6 has not been filed as per undertaking given on the last date of hearing. Ld. Counsel, Mr. Sunil Prakash Sharma, appearing on behalf of Mr. D.K.Sinha, Advocate-on-record has requested some more time as the instruction and the signed vakalatnama is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks.

Respondent nos. 10 to 12 are yet to be served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the purpose.

Respondent nos. 1,3 and 4 have already failed to enter appearance despite service.

Counter affidavit of the remaining respondent nos. 2, 5 and 7 to 9 is already on record. List again on 19.08.2015."

It is further submitted that pursuant to above order, Mr. D.K. Sinha, Advocate who appeared on behalf of respondent No. 6 has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for service in respect of respondent Nos. 10 to 12.

It is further submitted that none has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent nos. 10-12.

The office report regarding service/non-appearance/non-filing of counter affidavit is listed before the Registrar Court.
