The petitioner was denied of anticipatory bail; he is accused of committing offence under Section 306 IPC. Having regard to this development, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner ought to be enlarged on bail. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to such conditions the Trial Court may deem appropriate to impose.

The special leave petition is disposed of.
