UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Issue notice, returnable on 15.04.2025.

2. Mr. Azmat Hayat Amanullah, learned Advocate on Record, has entered caveat and accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent. Hence, issue of notice to the sole respondent is waived.

3. In the meantime, the High Court may hear the Letters Patent Appeal (LPA), pending before it, on merits.

4. The parties, in the meantime, are directed to maintain status quo as regards the directions given in the impugned order.
