UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

Delay condoned.

These petitions are directed against orders dated 30.07.2018 and 08.11.2019 passed by the Calcutta High Court whereby the High Court dismissed the review petition of the petitioners herein on the basis that the first order passed by it was a consent order.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and carefully perusing the record, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders passed by the High Court.

However, taking into consideration the fact that EC No.144/2016 and E.C.No.873/2015 are pending consideration before the learned Single Judge of the High Court, we request the High Court to dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

We grant liberty to the petitioners to raise all objections before the High Court at the time of hearing of the matter.

With the aforesaid request, the special leave petitions stand disposed of.

As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
