Though a proposal was put forth earlier to settle the matter through one time settlement and a proposal was submitted by the appellant, the same has been rejected by the respondent on 04.03.2023.

Learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that a revised proposal would be submitted. On that aspect, we express no opinion and is left open to the parties.

However, we see no merit to entertain this appeal. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
