UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
It is accepted at the Bar that the State of Uttar Pradesh in terms of our order dated 18.4.2006
has already handed over the land and have also released the funds for construction of the b uilding for
occupation by the State Commission. No further order, thus, need be pass ed. However, so far as the
matter relating to payment of honorarium and other
perquisites to the Members of the Commission is concerned, as a decision on all India level has to be
taken, put up after four weeks.
Four weeks' time is granted, as prayed for by to Ms. Sandhya Goswami, learned counsel to
file reply.
