The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the common Judgment and order dated 28th October, 2016, 20th October, 2016 and 19th October, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A. No. 1190 of 2016, 1126 of 2016 and 1076 of 2016 respectively. There is delay of 3 days in SLP (C)...CC No. 4882 of 2017 and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing of SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 7085 of 2017 is tagged with SLP (C)...CC No. 4757 of 2017 as both are arising out common judgment.

It is further submitted that SLP (C)..CC No. 4882 and SLP (C) No. 7301 of 2017 are tagged with SLP (C)...CC No. 4757 of 2017 as both are arising out similar issue.

It is also submitted that there is a delay of 33 days in refiling the SLP (C) No. 7301 of 2017 has been vide Additional Registrar (IB) Order dated 3 rd March, 2017.

The aforesaid application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
