It is submitted as directed above, show cause notice to all the 3 respondents was issued on 28.07.2016 by registered AD. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers have been received so far.

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 5 respondents was issued on 28.07.2016 by registered AD. Mr. Ranjan Kumar Chourasia, Advocate has on 12.08.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover received from respondent nos. 3 to 5 so far.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) NO. 19970/2016

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 3 respondents was issued on 29.07.2016 by registered AD. Neither AD card nor unserved cover recived from all respondents.

SLP (C) NO. 23083 and 23093/2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to inter-ali pass the following order:-

"SLP (C)....CC Nos. 13916, 13929,13941,14010 & 14245 of 2016 Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable on 09.08.2016. …."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice to all the 3 respondents in both th matters was issued on 06.08.2016 by speed post. As per postal tracking report delivery report 'not available'.

Service is not complete in both the matters.
