It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 09.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 3145/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 53 days) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4995/2016 @ Special Leave Petition(C) No. 6250/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 10.05.2016 is enclosed herewith.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order/judgment/ notification/award/ annexure/ Gos letter dated 03.07.2006 & 09.07.2007 and notification dated 19.12.2013. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 12.07.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 108 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 01.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 2949/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 64 days) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
SLP(C) CC NO. 13400/2016
It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.11.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 2723/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 130 days) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file addresses of all the parties and their representation and copy of relied upon judgments. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 13.07.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 103 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 01.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 7830/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 60 days) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file addresses of all the parties and their representation. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 06.07.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 88 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.11.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 2599/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 138 days) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that as per Para IA at page no. 43 of SLP the Lt. Governor is necessary party as he has passed adverse orders in the instant petition.
It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar issue.
The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
