"After the arguments were heard for some time, Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioners made a request for an adjournment to enable his instructing counsel to file additional documents which were part of the record of the Tribunal and the High Court.

Put up on 12th August, 2013.

On the next date of hearing, the original file relating to the respondent shall be kept ready for the Court's perusal."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr.Praveen Swarup, counsel for the petitioner has on 7th August, 2013, filed additional documents and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr.G.N.Reddy, Counsel for the Sole Respondents has filed counter affidavit but Mr.Praveen Swarup, counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Rejoinder affidavit so far.
