It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (c) No. 30621 of 2011 involving the validity of O.M. dated 10.8.2011 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3.2.2015 and directed to list the matter in second week of March 2015 on nonmiscellaneous day and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (copy of order dated 3.2.2015 enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that the Special leave petition © No. 9351 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1.4.2015 and directed to list the matter after 4 weeks and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.07.2015.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
