UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays for and is granted three days time to file an affidavit stating therein that even in Delhi and Bombay Circles, no benefit of Office Memorandum No.35014/2/80-Estt.D dated 7th February, 1986 effective from 1st March, 1986 has been given to any person or persons who is/are appointed on or before 1st March, 1986 and those have been given benefit of the said O.M., have not been placed senior to the direct recruits appointed before 1st March, 1986 in the seniority list.
List these matters on 17th April, 2018.
