It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 18.07.2016 filed affidavit but the same is defective for the reason that some of the pages of Annexures attached with it are in dim impression and also not in order. Counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects despite this Registry's letter dated 25.07.2016, though, the same is circulated for the perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has on 23.06.2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of all the four respondents but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.
